Custom and personalized items:

Uniforms and custom apparel may take up to 21 business days to produce and ship.

Custom basketballs (excluding laser-engraved balls) may take up to 4 months to produce and ship.

Estimated production times will be provided at checkout or upon confirmation of your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Domestic Shipping

We ship across the United States using trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after order processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping

Address Accuracy

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered by the carrier.
