Refund policy

Custom and Personalized Items

  • All custom items, including laser-engraved products and personalized uniforms, are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check your order details before confirming.

Standard Items

  • Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or product (non-custom), please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

How to Start a Return
Please email us at lab@thegoatbasketball.com with your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your return.
