Custom and Personalized Items

All custom items, including laser-engraved products and personalized uniforms, are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
Standard Items

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

If you need a different size or product (non-custom), please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at lab@thegoatbasketball.com with your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping your return.
